Bob Dry is a partner with the firm Schell Cooley Campbell LLP. He has spent nearly a decade defending health care providers across the State of Texas in medical malpractice claims. He has represented physicians and facilities in health care liability claims, involving allegations of negligence, gross negligence, wrongful death, and other catastrophic injuries. Mr. Dry has extensive experience in representing long term care facilities and their staff in litigation, and has a long history of obtaining favorable outcomes for his health care provider clients. Mr. Dry has also spent the entirety of his legal career pursuing optimal solutions for clients in commercial litigation. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
A former teacher, Mr. Dry is a father of five, and he enjoys spending time with his family when not working. He has served on several nonprofit boards of directors, coached his children’s teams, and volunteers at church. Mr. Dry is a graduate of both Leadership Plano and Leadership McKinney programs.
