As an Associate Attorney at Schell Cooley Campbell LLP, Nadia Sheikh focuses on medical malpractice defense and the representation of healthcare providers in all civil litigation matters. Ms. Sheikh previously worked at a boutique personal injury firm in Houston. Immediately prior to joining Schell Cooley Campbell LLP, Ms. Sheikh was a senior tax attorney assisting corporate clients obtain complex tax credits and incentives.
With several family ties to the medical field, Ms. Sheikh is passionate about providing zealous advocacy and personalized guidance to her healthcare provider clients. During law school, Ms. Sheikh was a prominent member of the renowned advocacy program at South Texas College of Law. Ms. Sheikh participated in moot court and mock trial competitions all over the nation and won numerous awards, including the Dean’s Outstanding Advocate Award. Ms. Sheikh views it as a great privilege to be able to represent her clients in the courtroom and stand alongside them as they navigate what is often a very challenging time in their professional and personal lives.
In her free time, Ms. Sheikh enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her dog Bruce (yes, named after Batman), and watching Tom Brady win Super Bowls (some free-time activities are not endorsed by the firm).
